How do I book an event?
The easiest way is to register via our booking portal. Alternatively, e-mail your details (name, job title, company, fax, address and phone number) along with the event name and method of payment to: email@example.com
How do I pay for an event?
1. Via the website - simply click on the registration page of your chosen event and follow the instructions on the screen. The website is supported by World Pay, a secure on-line payment service. Therefore when you fill in your credit card details on the on-line booking form you can be sure that the data will be transmitted securely. If you do not feel comfortable doing this then please select another payment method (below).

How do I cancel my booking on an event?
If you cannot attend you must cancel your registration before the cancellation date (30 days before the event) to receive a 50% refund. After this date a full refund cannot be guaranteed. We suggest that you send a substitute to attend in your place at no extra charge.
How do I book accommodation?
Hotel bookings for all INTERCEM events are to be made by the delegate themselves. INTERCEM works hard with our venues to negotiate a discounted rate for our delegates, and these rates will be made available to you after your registration has been confirmed.
How can I be removed or added to your mailing list?
Please contact INTERCEM Conferences by e-mail, fax or post. If you wish to be added to a mailing list please state your areas of interest and provide all your contact details including fax and e-mail if you have them.
