How do I pay for an event?
1. Via the website - simply click on the registration page of your chosen event and follow the instructions on the screen. The website is supported by a World Pay, a secure online payment service. Therefore when you fill in your credit card details on the online booking form you can be sure that the data will be transmitted securely. If you do not feel comfortable doing this then please select another payment method.

2. By cheque, drawn on a UK Bank and made payable to BMS Ltd. Send the appropriate payment with the registration form to:

Am I liable to pay VAT?
VAT is applicable on payments for all events taking place in European Union countries. Organisations registered for VAT may reclaim the tax. Delegates from outside the UK but within the European Community may also be able to reclaim the VAT. Organisations outside the UK and the EC should check with their excise authority as to which domestic fiscal regulations apply.

What discounts are available for the events?
Many of our events have multiple booking discounts. These may vary depending on the event. Please refer to the online registration form or the conference brochure for further details.

How do I cancel my booking on an event?
If you cannot attend you must cancel your registration before the cancellation date (30 days before the event) to receive a 50% refund. After this date a full refund cannot be guaranteed. We suggest that you send a substitute to attend in your place at no extra charge.

How do I book accommodation?
Hotel bookings for all INTERCEM events are to be made by the delegate themselves. INTERCEM works hard with our venues to negotiate a reasonable rates for our customers, and these rates will be made available to you after your registration has been confirmed.

 
How can I be removed or added to your mailing list?
