Three years after INTERCEM's last meeting in Europe, the international cement industry gathered in Barcelona, Spain for INTERCEM 2011. The conference focused on the on going recovery across the continent in the face of the ongoing market downturn and strict environmental regulations that place a huge responsibility and subsequent cost on every ton of production.
