A 50% credit for cancellations received in writing on or before six week prior the the start of the conference. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after this cut off or for non-attendance. Credit notes will only be given in cases of exceptional circumstance (for example, on production of a medical certificate) and an administrative fee will be charged together with any balance due.
Many of our events have multiple booking discounts available for delegations of three or more. These may vary depending on the event. Please refer to the on-line registration form or call the office (+44 208 669 5222) or email email@example.com for further details.
The easiest way is to register via our booking portal (see the individual event page). Alternatively, e-mail your details (name, job title, company, address and phone number) along with the event name and method of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Never send credit card details via email.
