UAE Executive Panel

UAE construction activity continues to support cement demand

The UAE Executive Panel examined current market conditions across the Emirates, highlighting continued growth in construction activity following the post-pandemic recovery. Speakers reported strong demand across both the cement and ready-mix concrete sectors, supported by infrastructure investment alongside major residential and commercial developments.

The discussion also focused on the operational challenges associated with meeting growing demand. Raw material availability, aggregates, logistics and supply chain coordination were identified as key commercial priorities, while collaboration across producers, contractors and suppliers was highlighted as increasingly important in maintaining reliable deliveries throughout the market.
